We’re Brandon and Paige—hunters, foragers, anglers, and, above all, people who love good food.

Our passion starts in the backcountry and ends around the table. We love the entire process of harvesting wild game: pursuing an animal, bringing it home, breaking it down, and turning every cut into something delicious. We believe knowing where your food comes from—and knowing how to make the most of it—is a rewarding part of the experience.

Over the years, our passion for wild game cooking has taken us from our own kitchen to the competition table. We’re proud to have been Backcountry Hunters & Anglers Wild Game Cook-Off Champions in 2023 and 2024, and to have earned 2nd Place at the Idaho Wildlife Federation Wild Game Cook-Off in 2026.

But for us, it’s never just about the competition. We genuinely love to eat, cook, experiment, and learn. We want to share what we’ve learned about harvesting an animal, field dressing and butchering wild game, preparing it well, and creating food that people are excited to sit down and eat.

Most importantly, food is meant to be shared. Our favorite meals are the ones enjoyed with friends and family—around a campfire, at the kitchen table, or anywhere good food and good company come together.
